sick....

I'm still here, have gotten a few pages done, but I am super sick right now. I have no energy to do today's page or even take pics of the ones I have done! lol I think today will be a good movie day with the girls. Hope everyone has a happy and safe new year! Cant wait to see what 2011 brings all of us!

Three more pages..

 Paisley Paige! I cut out all the paisleys by hand and put the tape behind it that makes them stand out. Its hard to tell that from this picture! Hard to believe this little girl will be one in about a week and a half now:)

 New Winter Coats. Its weird to think that after three winters they are still wearing the same coats! Next year though Ivy will be wearing the one Constance has on in the picture and we will have to get Constance a new one. They have been good coats though and ones Paige will probably also wear in the future!

I loved doing this page. They were so small!!!  Legos are fun at any age!



I have done more, but haven't taken pictures of them yet. Trying to get completely caught up today. I will try to post pics of all of them tonight. I use Davids phone to take my pics and he is at work right now! We are also both sick and Paigey has a bad cough and runny nose, so I haven't had much get up and go the last few days! lol This morning though the girls and I are going to be packing up all the Christmas stuff! We don't really have any plans for the new year since David has to be at work at 5 the next morning. I find it kind  of hard to celebrate into the night with little ones. I'm sure once they are all older they will want to stay up, but right now they don't even understand what this holiday is! Anyone have any new year plans this year? Any resolutions? I'm not even worried about that this year! lol

Merry Christmas!!!!

I am going to have to play catch up when we get back from my mom's for Christmas. Just wanted to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and hope you all have lots of fun with your families this year!!! Gosh, right after Christmas will be my baby's first birthday!!! This year went by so fast on me!!! Being our last child, its kind of bitter sweet for me. She is already showing signs of not wanting to be babied anymore and it makes me a little sad, but on the other hand it is nice when they want to do things for themselves too :) Merry Christmas everyone!!!

 Constance preschool teacher from Morrisville. She was three in this picture! It was her last day of school before we moved back to Texas!

 Our tiny tree! We had this small tree for three years and it was small but I loved it, so I wanted to do a scrapbook page about it! This year we have a grown up tree!

 Mickey Ears. I really regret not getting a pic of Ivy in hers, but when we bought them she was out like a light! After that we packed them up so they would not get messed up! There is always next time!

I am very pleased with myself for keeping up with this. I knew it would be a challenge, but I have kept with it so far and done quite a few extra pages too. Its nice having a few minutes of me time each day!

Sorry, we have had a scrapbooking crisis! I ran out of photo mounts( or stickies as I call them) lol Going to walmart tonight so I will put some more up while I am there. I will have some catching up to do tomorrow, so its a good thing I will have nothing to do! Also tomorrow is my baby girls birthday! Miss Ivy will be four!!! I cant believe it!!!

Fireworks!!!

Today's page as promised! Disney fireworks! And look, a picture of me! That almost never happens! This is from our 09 trip after David got back from Iraq! Best Vacation we have ever had, and our first as a family! Now we need to go again now that Paigey is here!

Iraq

Today's page was of Davids convoy pictures in Iraq. I just did a pretty simple page for it since I had four pictures to get on there! The picture I took is a bad one. I usually take them by the window cause they look better in the natural light, but I took this one at night. Oh well! lol Looking forward to tomorrows page. It will be the fireworks at Cinderella's castle! Should be a fun page to do, just like all the Disney pages I do!

Ok, so I didnt do a page today! I have a good excuse! I just had too much going on today. I actually got the picture and paper all out and ready, I just didnt find the time to sit and do it :( Tomorrow I do two! Good night everyone!

Page Two for Today!

Im pretty happy with how this one turned out! This is the Ren Fest in 05! The bald baby is Constance( four months) and the one in the sling is Coner( a few weeks!). Thinking about doing one more page today.

The Ultimate Sacrifice

Today's page was a hard one to do, but one I felt like I had to do. This is the second page I have done like this. Its a memorial page honoring the men and women who died from 3rd ACR in Iraq when David was deployed. The picture is one David took during a memorial ceremony they had there in Iraq for two of his good friends. Sgt Unruh and SPC Morris. Sgt Unruh died in Davids arms. I will never forget that phone call from him and the tears we both cried over the phone. Like I said, this was a hard page for me to do, but this is my way of honoring these men that paid the ultimate sacrifice for all of us.

Uggg What A Day So Far!

It's been one of those days where you would like to just go back to bed and start over! Got up this morning, missing David (he is at Fort Riley at the shooting ranges) got the girls all ready for school. Everyone is buckled in the car and it stalls. So I go to start it back up and nothing. Wont start! So I grab all the kids out of the car, grab the stroller and call my friend Lisa to help me get Ivy to school. I had to walk Ivy to her house and then Constance to school. It was sooooo cold out this morning! The kids were good and bundled but I was not, so I was half frozen by the time I got back to the house! After we warmed up a little, I put Paigey in her walker and I get out my new Wii Fit board (early Christmas present from David!) and get exercising! Next thing I know Mother Nature comes knocking! Yes, I started my period! Yay me! lol A little while later I am cleaning the living room, getting ready to vacuum. The red light is on that means I have to change the bag. So I get to doing that and for some reason between the last time and this time I forgot completely how to get it in there! So I call my dad ( he is the one that gave me the vacuum from his work) and he tells me how to do it! It was so simple, not sure why I didn't get it on my own! lol So now I am getting ready to fold laundry and THEN its scrapbook time!  lol I started a page last night, but it required some research and alot of writing, so it didn't get finished. That's what I will be doing today! I will post a pic once its done! Hoping the rest of my day goes a little bit smoother!

This is Constance and Ivy in Texas before David deployed the second time. Ivy was around 7 months I believe! Seems like forever ago! New Blog, New Challenge

I have been thinking about making a new blog for awhile now, as I miss the one I used to have. So I thought there would be no better way to do it then to incorporate scrapbooking! I am challenging myself to make one scrapbook a day for the next year. I was going to start this after the new year, but I was anxious to get started. I made my first official page for this yesterday and got my pictures all organized for this. My pages will all be in random order so I can get a little bit of everything done over the next year. I am not limiting myself to one page per day. I will have my days Im sure where I will get several done. Also if I know I will not be able to do a page a certain day I may do it the day before or whenever I can get them in. I will also be updating about our daily lives with three kiddos! It seems to always be interesting around here! Hoping everyone is ready for the holiday season! We are just about there!

Ok, with each page I will write the memories I have that go with the pictures! This is our Paigey-Poo when she was 2 weeks old! The dress she is wearing is one of my favorites. It was the dress that Ivy wore for her first Christmas when she was 10 days old! Constance also had a matching dress, and of coarse Paige will get to wear that one next year! Our baby has grown so much since these pictures were taken! She will be one in about a month! Crazy how time flies by without us even realizing it sometimes! This page is from yesterday, so i will be posting my page from today after i get it finished!
